These fittings are designed for use with the LSWR Signal Box but can be used with other models. Whilst they are Southern in style they could be used for other territories.

Kit contents: 32 Lever Frame (DIY customisable), Instrument Shelf, 2 x Standard SR Block Instruments and Bells, Signalling Diagram, Clock, Notice Board, Belfast Sink Unit, Romesse Stove, Table & Chair, Booking Desk & Train Register, Level Crossing Gate Operating Wheel, Tyer’s Key Token Instrument & Cupboard.

When your payment has cleared at PayPal you will be shown the assembly instructions to download. The kit .pdf file will be delivered separately to your PayPal registered email address within 24 hours of cleared payment.

Special Material Kit

For Platelayer hut without a tool hut or,

  • 1 x 750 micron (0.75 mm) A4 Grey Board.
  • 1 x A4 Sticky Backed Paper for Ink Jet or Laser Printers.

You still need to print the model kits yourself and source adhesives.

Some kits require additional A4 , white, non-sticky back print paper that you probably already have to hand (not included).

DIY Material List

  1. Signal Box Interior Kit (.pdf file)
  2. 1 x A4 Sticky Back Label Sheet and 1 x 80g/m2 A4 White Non-Sticky Back Paper. Alternatively only 1 x 80g/m2 A4 White Non-Sticky Back Paper will suffice
  3. 1 x 0.75 A4 Grey Board*
  4. Quick Drying PVA glue. (For grey board butt joints)
  5. Paper Glue Stick

* Grey Board is a thicker form of cardboard, usually made from recycled material. Available from eBay.

Tool List

  1. Scalpel with either spare blades or sharpening stone
  2. Scissors
  3. Cutting Mat or Thick Card
  4. Metal mm rule
  5. Black felt tip pen
  6. Brown felt tip pen
  7. Variety of other colour felt tip pens (For levers)
  8. Tweezers or thin nosed electrical pliers (To aid assembly)
  9. Magnifying Glass
